Engineer Ali Tremasi has joined our team as a pre-sales technical consultant.

Ali’s role includes designing highly sophisticated integrated access and security systems for would-be customers, consulting on potential system designs and ensuring that integrators and end-users understand what Inner Range systems can deliver.

Our flagship product, Integriti, is known as the most integrated access control platform, meaning multiple integrations with third party systems must work seamlessly for customers.

Responding to customer needs

Ali will work closely with our sales team, listening to customer needs and suggesting solutions that work for site users as well as system operators.

Ali, who was previously a technical engineer for Hikvision, and a BT field engineer for tech support and delivery firm Enjoy UK, has been undergoing in-depth technical training with Inner Range to bring him up to speed on system capabilities.

He said:

“Customers need solutions that make life easier all round, and these are usually underpinned by some pretty complex technical work to create sophisticated integrated systems. The technical challenge is really rewarding for me. I love the problem-solving aspect of creating and tailoring systems that really make a difference to businesses.

“I’m also excited to join a growing global company. There’s opportunity for me professionally, and as well as for customers. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next.”

Our Director Tim Northwood said:

“Ali’s solid engineering experience is a great foundation for joining our team. He’ll be working closely with our sales team to help them answer questions and design potential system solutions to meet customer needs that are often highly bespoke.”
